Death by pull ups (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

1 pull up the 1st min

2 pull ups the 2nd min

and so on until you cannot perform pull ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Death by push ups

every 20 seconds add 1 reps

Functional Fitness 9am

27-21-15-9

Air Squats

Hollow Rocks

DB Bench Press

After each set run down and back in the gym 4 times
