100 Sit ups
100 Russian Swings
Teams of “how many you want”!
Examples of how everyone can do this.
Teams of 2 run start and finish
-each person can run 400m to accumulate a team 800m.
-you can run it together
-you can run 2-200m each
Split the movements up however you want. You do not have to do all walking lunges and then sit ups and so on. You can go in order or just get the reps done however you want!
