Back Squat (5-5-5-5-5)
Increase weight each set
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
30 seconds on 30 seconds off
Snatch grip behind neck press
3 reps at each one and move through it for 30 seconds. If you get through 3 reps of good mornings in 30 seconds start back at back squats. When 30 seconds is up stop where you are rest 30 seconds and start again where you left of for another 30 seconds. reps will be your score.
